Admin Assistant

At PLC Automation Group, we supply and support automation spare parts across industries such as oil & gas, marine, semiconductor, manufacturing and more. As we grow, we're looking for a dependable Admin Support Executive to join our team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to all departments including Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations
  • Handle administrative preparation, invoice processing, and data entry
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate courier shipments and logistics arrangements
  • Assist in stock-taking, order tracking, and basic procurement tasks
  • Assist in packing and preparing of items to be shipped out
  • Support HR-related functions such as onboarding and staff documentation (only when HR admin is on leave)
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Handle office supplies and inventory control
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Manage calendars of HODs (as required)

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Levels or Any certification in Business Admin or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant admin experience preferred
  • Tech Savvy, Fresh grads are welcome to apply!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google WorkSpace
  • Having background in XERO is a plus!
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Willing to learn and take initiative
