Reporting to Vice President, Consumer Product Electrical & Electronics (ASEAN), you will be responsible for new business development and key account sales team of Product Verification and Compliance Services including but not limiting to Environmental Testing, Electromagnetic Testing, Safety Testing, and Global Market Access services and Digital Services within Electrical & Electronic Business Line of Product Services Division.

- Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for Electrical and Electronics related products
- Lead and enable the team to more effectively identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key prospects within assigned markets
- Provide strategic market insights, and guidance on the latest developments within the targeted markets to lead the team to generate fresh leads.
- Responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets of assigned portfolio and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
- Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
- Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
- Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales
- Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
- Ensure company's maintain the market leader position, expand key accounts' services and grow the number of key accounts
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years leadership position, experience in leading an effective sales team
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with up to 8 years' sales experience in any of the following:
- Knowledge in Global Retail/e-Commerce
- Knowledge in IoT Cybersecurity
- Engagement with regulatory agencies in ASEAN
- Outstanding sales and/or business development track records with the ability to use consultative selling for high volume-high mix solutions
- Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects in a short time
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
- Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve team targets
