Job Description:
- Accurately enter and update data in the customer's maintenance tracking software.
- Verify and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely data updates.
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
- May require overtime and/or weekend work based on business needs.
- Contract: 6 Months
