Admin Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working hours: 5 days, 9am-5pm Salary: S$1800-S$2100 Location: Kaki Bukit
RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENT
Minimum GCE 'O' level.
At least 1 year relevant experience in Sales/ Service administrative coordination.
Proficient in MS Office software. Customer oriented , good telephone etiquette and able to multitask.
Ability to work as a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the service team which include e-mails, filing and handling enquires, coordinating orders and shipment both through phone and e-mail.
- Coordinate with Technician and send daily job update to customer
- Track and update parts inventory on parts received and shipment arranged.
- Generate report and updating day to day activities.
- Responsible for daily operation, PO, goods received, DO & invoices, inventories,
- Handling of other miscellaneous day-to-day and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
