Administrative Assistant (Student Job / Part-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.

• Assist in course administration such as preparation of quotation and invoices, class enrollment, sending course confirmation emails, etc.

• Work collaboratively with Management team to support the maintenance of client databases, manage enquiries, follow up and fostering of good relationships with clients.

• Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.

• Respond to enquiries from interested clients via various channels (Email, WhatsApp).

• Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.

• Manage billings.

• Provide relevant support and other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/Degree in any related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools.

• Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a dynamic environment.

• Students are welcomed to apply.

Working hours:

• 12-20 hours per week

• At least 4-5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)

Salary:

• $10 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)

• Performance bonus

• 5 minute walk from Jurong East MRT
