Responsibilities:
  • Provide front desk support to the General Office
  • Answering incoming calls, help with enquiries and take down messages when necessary.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing letters, packages and deliveries.
  • Order/manage pantry supplies.
  • Working together with the office cleansers to keep office and meeting room tidy.
  • Organize stationery orders and maintain stationery stock levels.
  • Maintenance and filing of documents.
  • Others ad-hoc duties as assign by immediate superior.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Singaporean only due to quota limitations
