Job Description
  • Perform reception duties and other administration works
  • Perform stationery and beverage supplies inventory administration
  • Ensure general cleanliness of meeting rooms and reception area
  • Perform telephone operator duties
  • Handling, sorting & recording of incoming and outgoing mails
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a NITEC certification in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice
