Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ang Mo Kio on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling data entry tasks, managing emails, maintaining spreadsheets, ensuring proper telephone etiquette, record keeping, and generating reports.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
2. Manage and organize emails, responding promptly when necessary.
3. Maintain and update spreadsheets with relevant information.
4. Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette when handling calls.
5. Keep records and files organized and easily accessible.
6. Generate reports based on provided data and information.
7. Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
8. Manage and organize office files and documents.
9. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
10. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
11. Assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience in data entry and administrative tasks is a plus.
2. Proficiency in email management and communication.
3. Strong skills in using spreadsheets for organizing data.
4. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
5. Ability to maintain accurate records and files.
6. Capable of generating reports with attention to detail.
7. Post-secondary diploma or equivalent qualification.
**Salary Range:** SGD 1600 to 1800 per month
