Job Description
  • Preparation and handling of accounts
  • Maintain proper accounting record and filling
  • Timely invoice billing and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Prepare Quotation and Sales Order
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties/projects as and when required

Job Requirements
  • Certificate in Accountancy or Business Administration, Min. GCE 'O' Levels
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar position
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
