• Handle paperwork, process payments, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere, assist with events, and enhance client loyalty through personalized service.
• Work closely with veterinarians and technicians to manage client flow, assist in patient intake, and support emergency situations.
