Job Responsibilities:-
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage front-end communication with clients and visitors
  • Assist to ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew) (BCA, ISO, GGBS, SSSS, FEDA, etc.)
  • Generate purchase Orders promptly.
  • Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
  • In-charge of basic IT support to the staff
  • Road Tax & vehicle Insurance Renewal
  • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
  • High level of attention to detail
  • highly skilled at managing physical documents, including filing, organizing, retrieving information, and ensuring accuracy with meticulous attention to detail in all paper-based administrative tasks
  • Other general administration duties as & when require

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 Experience in full spetrum of Admin Duties preferably in construction sector
  • Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
  • Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)

basic ITknowledge will be an advantage
