Job Responsibilities:-
Requirements:
basic ITknowledge will be an advantage
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage front-end communication with clients and visitors
- Assist to ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew) (BCA, ISO, GGBS, SSSS, FEDA, etc.)
- Generate purchase Orders promptly.
- Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
- In-charge of basic IT support to the staff
- Road Tax & vehicle Insurance Renewal
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- High level of attention to detail
- highly skilled at managing physical documents, including filing, organizing, retrieving information, and ensuring accuracy with meticulous attention to detail in all paper-based administrative tasks
- Other general administration duties as & when require
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Experience in full spetrum of Admin Duties preferably in construction sector
- Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
- Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
