West Coast Vetcare is a veterinary clinic looking for a clinic receptionist. The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting and greeting out clients and their pets, registering them for appointments, answering phone calls and taking queries and appointments, handling payments and administrative tasks of appointment reminders and document management and maintaining essential records for the clinic.
