Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and provide documents, reports and information.
  2. Coordinate workspace, computer and supplies for new employees with IT department.
  3. Maintain and reorder office supplies.
  4. Sort and distribute mail.
  5. Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including other staff, when directed.
  6. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Key Requirements:
  1. Holder of diploma or above in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or relevant discipline.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required.
  3. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Able to work independently, multi-task and is meticulous.
  6. Good organisation and administrative skills.
  7. Excellent attention to detail.
