Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
- Organize and provide documents, reports and information.
- Coordinate workspace, computer and supplies for new employees with IT department.
- Maintain and reorder office supplies.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including other staff, when directed.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements:
- Holder of diploma or above in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, multi-task and is meticulous.
- Good organisation and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
