- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)

- Salary: Up to S$2500/month
The company is looking for a candidate to join them as a Temporary Admin Assistant (6-Month).
Job Responsibilities:
- Update databases, manage personnel files, and track certifications for accurate crew information
- Arrange flights, process travel invoices, and handle related purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery of mail, licenses, and medical reports to vessels, including digital document management
- Manage office supplies, coordinate printing, and perform general administrative tasks
- Generate and file required reports (health, safety, licenses)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- Prior experience in administrative fields preferred
- Experienced in using Microsoft office applications
