Job Requirements:
- Singaporean with Higher Nitec and 2- 3years administrative working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills in English & Chinese as need to communicate with respective language speaking co-workers /team members.
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the company
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative office support
- Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations etc
- Reimbursement of all claims from Government online portal
- Handle/check staff attendance
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs and housekeeping
- Control of fuel cards/cash Card
- Handle and follow up of insurance claim/renewals
- Maintain proper insurance records and renewal for office, workmen, medical and vehicle insurance policy
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors
