This job role contributes to the university mobility KPIs for Undergraduate (UG) students to acquire overseas immersion during their course of study at NTU.Provides opportunities for 2,600 students to have semester exchange overseas by class of 2031.

Hiring Institution: NTU
- To provide meaningful and impactful student advisory services to NTU students to maximise opportunities for semester exchange programme and contribute to the attainment of Office of Global Education & Mobility (OGEM)'s mobility targets.
- To facilitate smooth operational procedures covering all aspects of pre- and post- exchange activities ensuring NTU students embark on their exchange programmes successfully.
Job duties include:
- Provide student advisory to potential and current outbound (semester exchange) NTU students through one-on-one clinic sessions, and host university-matching.
- Attend to student enquiries in relation to semester exchange through daily monitoring of emails.
- Perform operational duties to facilitate nomination, application and support for students when preparing for overseas exchange as well as facilitation of transcript collation for returned participants.
- In charge of marketing campaigns and activities such as photo contest, photo exhibition and social media campaigns, updating website content--promoting transformational experience of students going on exchange which includes:
a) Design and promote photo contest for Semester Exchange Programme participants.
b) Establish contest themes, guidelines, and submission deadlines.
c) Coordinate with Semester Exchange participants to collect video footage and stories about their experiences abroad.
d) Ensure that the video content aligns with key themes (e.g., cultural exchange, academic experiences, personal growth).
e) Develop a clear framework for participants to follow when creating their videos, ensuring quality and consistency.
f) Leverage a variety of internal and external platforms to effectively promote the Semester Exchange Programme. - Conduct talks and briefings for students.
- Propose improvements in current systems / procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in student services.
- Strong in communication skills and able to make presentations.
- Strong in planning, time management and detailed oriented.
- Able to work independently and is also a team player.
- Good work attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of software design tools.
- Service oriented.
- Proficiency in software design tools and/or video editing software will be advantageous (Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for visual content creation, as well as video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for producing engaging multimedia content.
