Agency Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the agency’s leaders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events or activities.
  • Process and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases as required.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of services.
  • Provide support for events and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or support roles (previous experience in an agency setting is an advantage).
  • A good command of the English and Mandarin language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous and Detail-Oriented.
  • People oriented and able to work well in teams.
