Entry / JuniorKey Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the agency’s leaders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events or activities.
- Process and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases as required.
- Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of services.
- Provide support for events and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or support roles (previous experience in an agency setting is an advantage).
- A good command of the English and Mandarin language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Meticulous and Detail-Oriented.
- People oriented and able to work well in teams.
