Salary: $2000 - $3500
Duration: imm – 6 months contract
Location: Woodlands
Working hour: 5-day work week, office hours
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Handle event logistics, bookings, and venue preparations.
•Coordinate with departments for equipment/furniture loans and AV setups.
•Manage training/event schedules in MS365 Outlook Calendar.
•Assist with mailroom tasks, workstation assignments, and photocopier management.
•Raise purchase requests (PRs), manage procurement, and process invoices.
•Support team projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
•Min Diploma and above.
•Min 1 -2 years of experience in administration for Executive Assistant
