Role: Temp Admin Assistant (Admissions)

Duration: ASAP – 21st March 2025 (extendable)

Location: 1 Aljunied Walk, Singapore 387293 (2 Busstop from Aljunied)  

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm   

Salary:  $12/hr

 

Responsibilities

- Assist in processing student applications for admissions

- Communicate with prospective students/ parents via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about the admissions process, deadlines, and requirements

-Help prepare admissions materials, including brochures, application forms, and guides

- Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours

-Provide administrative support to the Admissions team, including scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and managing correspondence

-Maintain confidentiality of student information in compliance with institutional policies and regulations

- Help with other duties as assigned
