Assistant / Manager (WSH & Fire Safety), Operations Support Services #HMS
•    Location @ Woodlands Campus
•    Office Hours 5 days
•    Perm role
•    3 - 4 mth bonus per annum (inclusive of AWS/ PB/ VB)
General 
•    Working closely with OSG team to support hospital activities and related projects. 
•    Perform all other tasks and duties as directed by D OSG, or D OSS.

Specific
•    Work with stakeholders to sustain WSH compliance and licensing framework, ensure licensing issues, incident prevention/reporting/ follow up are addressed in a timely manner. These include but not limited to:
o    Proper storage & management of hazardous substances (under NEA/SCDF/SPF regulations)
o    Workplace safety management (under MOM guidelines)
o    Other licensing & safety compliance requirements where applicable
•    Develop and sustain WSH and Fire Safety system and QA cycle, including training, inspection and audits for Hazards Identification (HI), Risk Assessment (RA), Incident Reporting, follow up, trend analysis and management review.
