-  Perform full set accounting (General Ledger, Account   
   Receivables and Account Payables)
-  Assisting Head, Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls  
-  Collecting rental-in-arrears from tenants  
-  Assist in budgeting process and variance analysis
-  Submission of finance and regulatory reports to head office
