This job role contributes to the university mobility KPIs for Undergraduate (UG) students to acquire overseas immersion during their course of study at NTU. Provides opportunities for 2,600 students to have semester exchange overseas by class of 2031.

Hiring Institution: NTU
- To provide meaningful and impactful student advisory services to NTU students to maximise opportunities for semester exchange programme and contribute in the attainment of Office of Global Education & Mobility (OGEM)'s mobility targets.
- To facilitate smooth operational procedures covering all aspects of pre- and post- exchange activities ensuring NTU students embark on their exchange programmes successfully.
Job duties include:
- Provide student advisory to potential and current outbound (semester exchange) NTU students through one-on-one clinic sessions, briefings, and host university-matching.
- Plan and execute student engagement activities such as informational talks, Partner Talks, and clinic sessions to educate NTU students about semester exchange programme.
- Co-conceptualise and provide event support for department-wide event such as Global Education & Mobility (GEM) Fair as platform to connect partners, inbound students and NTU students to promote OGEM's mobility programmes that contributes to achievements of KPIs.
- Provide support for activities to maintain close monitoring and student engagement for GEM Ambassador Programme.
- Contributes to idea-generation and in charge of procurement of marketing collaterals to promote GEM Explorer and GEM Ambassador programme to NTU students.
- Attend to student enquiries in relation to semester exchange through daily monitoring of emails via GEM Explorer role-based account.
- In charge of semester exchange destinations covering regions such as Oceania, Europe and Asia ensuring timely processing of pre and post exchange activities such as nomination, application, visa application assistance and transcript collation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in student services.
- Strong in communication skills and able to make presentations.
- Strong in planning, time management and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and is also a team player.
- Process driven and strong in system processes.
- Good work attitude and willingness to learn.
- Service oriented.
