This role involves operational and administrative support, as well as conducting data analyses on surveys, skills demand, and related metrics. Key Responsibilities:

1) Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of pre- and post-course survey data to identify trends and generate actionable insights for enhancing training programs.
• Assess metrics related to participant engagement, completion rates, and dropout rates to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
• Perform thorough market research to evaluate industry trends and identify skills gaps, ensuring alignment of courses with current market demands.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Oversee the collection, storage, and integrity of data related to courses, workshops, and internship outcomes, ensuring reliable and up-to-date information.
• Maintain data consistency and accuracy across various databases and reporting tools to uphold high standards of data quality.
• Utilise basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) to enhance data visualization and develop custom analytics solutions, contributing to improved data understanding.
• Use data visualisation tools to effectively present insights to non-technical audiences, facilitating informed decision-making.

2) Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a primary point of contact for data related enquiry and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align data related goals and priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data management and analytics work, or a related role.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail oriented and results driven.
• Pro-active problem solver with a customer centric approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI) and survey platforms, will have added advantage.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python), will have added advantage.
