Job Opportunity: Contract Call Centre Assistant (Healthcare Unit)


Location: Islandwide pickup
Contract: 6 months , with the potential for permanent conversion

Job Details:

  • Work Schedule:5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Salary:$2,500 per month (contract)

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer & Order Management:Handle inbound calls for customer orders, queries, and complaints.
    Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
    Conduct outbound calls to follow up on orders, issues, and complaints.
    Maintain up-to-date information on processes, products, and price lists.
  2. Client Relations:Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
    Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Issue Resolution & Reporting:Resolve issues according to SOPs and escalate when necessary.
    Document customer details, issues, and resolutions comprehensively.
    Prepare and submit regular/ad hoc reports.
  4. Collaboration:Work closely with the operations team to address concerns promptly.
    Provide feedback for process improvements.
