Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Executive Assistant to join the Nursing Education Team in the Nursing Services Department. In this role, you will manage training-related administrative tasks and provide essential support to ensure the smooth delivery of nursing education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Program Administration:
• Plan, organize, and facilitate nursing training programs, ensuring logistical needs and course materials are prepared.
• Collate nominations and registrations for ad-hoc and external courses.
• Monitor training attendance and utilization of training places.
• Event and Meeting Coordination:
• Arrange nursing forums, meetings, and related activities, including taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions.
• Prepare refreshments, logistics, and other requirements for training and meetings.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate staff training records and databases.
• Collate post-course evaluation results and prepare summary reports for Nurse Educators.
• Enter Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) points into the SNB website.
• Skills Lab Oversight:
• Oversee the booking, cleanliness, and asset maintenance of the Skills Laboratory.
• Maintain inventory and perform checks on equipment functionality.
• Additional Support:
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Nursing Education Team to support department operations.
Job Requirements:
• Qualifications:
• Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive individual who takes initiative.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
