The key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end programme management and delivery, from responding to customer enquiries, lead management, processing of course applications and funding compliance paperwork, to onsite support and liaising with different stakeholders such as course participants, industry partners, faculty from within and outside of NTU, vendors and NTU colleagues in IT, Finance, etc.
- Prompt and professional follow-up with enquiries from prospective clients/ participants to ensure positive experience
- Able to prioritize roles and tasks when handling multiple programmes and high volume of applications with tight timelines.
- Able to handle unexpected situations that may arise just before or during programme delivery, and possess effective communications and problem-solving skills to resolve the situation.
- Comfortable with technology and able to pivot to online platform or hybrid learning modes on short notice when required
- Understand Skillsfuture funding framework to ensure compliance with SSG guidelines and regulations
- Understand how to use data collected from programmes to draw insights, improve operations and reporting, and make decisions.
- To assist in any project or improvement initiatives that will further enhance the efficiency and service delivery of NEE, and to contribute ideas in this regard.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 4 years' work experience, in programme management, event management, or customer service role, preferably from a fast-paced large organization or educational /CET environment.
- Proficient in office software including MS Office, Zoom, Teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to details
- Pleasant disposition and professional in demeanour
