2. Job Description
- Admin Officer
- Support branch office mail services ad-hoc (simple collection point)
- Office errands and proper usual office admin work
- Data entry, scan documents of business records
- Track client service subscription expiry and send email reminders
3. Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Knows how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Google
- Preferably can read, write Chinese, able to speak Mandarin
- Perform general office administrative duties as and when assigned
- Handle careful detailed work in processing business documents
- Mature, responsible, adaptable, logical, analytical thinking skills
- Willing to learn on the job, training is provided from start to upgrading chances
+ Work happy, no OT, knock off on time!
4. Other info
Cosy office environment in Raffles Place (linked to MRT) with nice colleagues, working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm
5 day week, no Saturdays
