Job Scope

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings and training sessions.
  • Support financial operations, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
