We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Technology-Business Development department. You will be responsible for sales and marketing, account management and industry development. Job Responsibilities

• Perform market intelligence, develop and execute go-to-market plans for commercialization of IME's research capabilities.
• Lead industry and customer engagements, understand their needs and work with Technology Development teams to formulate value propositions.
• Structure, review and negotiate contracts with industry partners and customers.
• Develop industry network, manage accounts and build relationships to win and retain industry partners and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Ability to think on the feet
• Result-oriented, analytical, proactive, resourceful and team player
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
• Passion to develop Singapore's semiconductor industry
