You will provide support in the control of medical records. Your main tasks will include timely retrieval and dispatch of medical records to clinics/wards; liaise with departments for information on status of the patient's medical records and attend to ad-hoc requests for medical records retrieval.

Requirements:

• ITE certificate, GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent, including a pass in English
• Prior working experience in logistics, warehousing or retail industries will be an added advantage
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service & IT savvy
