Responsibilities:

• Take charge and oversee operational and technical work of department for accommodation and interior fittings of ships, including HVAC installations and interior fittings
• Lead and ensure project targets such as Safety, Quality, Schedule, Productivity, Budget, Man-hours are met
• Liaise with contractors and project teams on technical specifications, interior furnishings and final inspection with Owner/Surveyor

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marine/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with experience in accommodation/outfitting in marine industry
• Knowledge in steel works, general fittings (e.g air-con ductings and trunkings) and carpentry
• Able to read General Arrangement drawings
• Possess man management experience to manage Supervisors, Workers and Subcontractors being assigned
• Able to work onboard vessel and work at heights
• Resourceful and able to adapt to changes on short notice
• Able to plan for critical works and commit to deadlines

• Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)

• 5 days work week

• Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
