A local SGX-listed MNC, providing an international multi-faceted solution, with businesses spanning across the Marine, Offshore O&G, Construction and Real Estate industries, is inviting keen individual to join its team as a Sales Administrative Assistant.
Job Responsibilities
- To generate invoices and credit notes
- To generate delivery/ shipping docs (DO, Commercial Invoice, Packing List)
- Prepare shipping marks/labels
- Recording of payment receipt from customers
- Coordinate local delivery & export shipment - liaising with Freight Forwarders and/ Courier Services
- Follow up with customers on export document (official vessel stamp, sub-cert and/or export permit) for GST submission
- Issuance of AR receipt voucher and handle AR Payout Receipt
- Adhoc administrative duties
Job Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with credit in English
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
