Job Description : - Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the client (including but not limited to managing schedules, meetings and appointments , claims submission , making travelling arrangements and personal matters.)
- Involve in the company's on-going projects, preparing and tracking of documentation.
- Data entry, record keeping and maintenance of client database
- Receive and Respond to inquiries through calls and emails
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Timing completion of task assigned is crutial
- Preparation of monthly/ ad-hoc reports as required
Skills & Requirements :
- Local Diploma in any discipline or (at least) an A level qualification
- Singaporean / Permanent Residence is preferred
- Able to communicate well in English/Chinese is a bonus
- Demonstrable experience in office management and executive secretarial roles
- Desirable under tight timelines and exercising good judgement.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Detial-oriented with strong organizational skills and team work.
- Experience in the financial advisory industry is a bonus.
- Proficiency in any data visualization tool will be an added advantage.
- Standard Excel/PPT/Words skill
