Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools globally, with over 120 faculty members and more than 4,000 students, including around 1,000 graduate students.

We invite applications for the position of Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Laboratory Services. The incumbent shall provide technical excellence across multiple laboratories in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative/technical support for all laboratory users.
• Operate laboratory equipment and carry out periodic maintenance.
• Procurement for laboratory teaching and research labs.
• Asset management and maintaining proper records for inventory auditing.
• Provide technical support for all research/joint industrial projects.
• Support all assigned laboratory teaching classes.
• Experience in risk management, workplace safety and health (i.e. ISO 45001) is a plus.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the school.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++.
• Experience working with robotic systems and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
