PaCE@NTU is hiring an Assistant Manager who will be reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, Academic. The incumbent will assist to design new, innovative and high-impact lifelong learning offerings and ensure the quality of NTU CET courses and programme offered can lead to full qualification of the programmes.

The key responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to the following:
- Design new, innovative and high-impact lifelong learning curricula for both individual learners and corporate clients that are in line with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Skills Framework and Emerging Skills in support of our national initiative in lifelong education.
- Review and refresh existing programmes/ courses based on the learners' evaluations and feedback, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, emerging skills and jobs in demand, as well as, accreditation and programme pathways.
- Work closely with NTU faculty and colleagues in the Business Development, Marketing, and Programme Operations Units to assess market demand for existing and new content and translate that need into lifelong learning offerings consistent with the mission and goals of the University.
- Identify faculty to impactfully deliver programme content that meets the learning objectives and upskills the learners whilst inspiring them to confidently embrace the new found knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues from the Business Development Units on new proposals and presentations.
Key competencies and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in teaching and learning and/or experience with designing and developing curricula
- Strong and robust communication and people skills, resourceful and willing to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are persuasive and compelling
- Creative, meticulous with strong planning, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with web-based programmes
