Responsibilities:
· Providing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
· Handling incoming and outgoing mails (including electronic correspondences)
· Coordinating, de-conflicting and managing calendars, meetings and appointments with internal and external parties
· Handling confidential documents and information
· Preparing presentation slides and meeting materials
· Managing expense claims/reimbursements
Requirements:
· A Levels Diploma in any study
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
