Job Description:

  • Manage day – to – day operation supporting Sales and Technical teams including processing, quotations, purchase order, invoice etc.
  • To liaise and coordinate to customer’s request and delivery.
  • To provide good support and customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • To liaise with suppliers from Singapore and Overseas.
  • General sales administrative duties.
  • Assist with account payable and receivable transactions.
  • Photo taking of products and services for our daily social media post.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management.

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCT ‘O’ Level and above.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words).
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both customers and colleagues.
  • Attentive to details and an eye for photography.
  • A good team player and also able to work Independently.
  • Account Experience advantageous.
  • Working Hours: 10:00am-7:00pm.
