Location: Bras Basah/Bugis (Nearest MRT) 

Duration: 3 Months (May Extend)

Salary: $12/h

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Job Description:

•       Check and verify customer online registration

•       Create Login ID account for online user

•       Prepare quotations for customers

•       Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails and phone calls

•       Check and confirm lead-time on customer Open Order Report

•       Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

•       Service oriented mindset

•       Excellent customer service skills, admin experience would be an advantage

•       Able to work in fast paced environment
