A healthcare institute is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Contract Admin Assistant.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in administrative duties
  • Liaise with Personal Assistants to coordinate meetings 
  • Process monthly expense claims 
  • Assist with tracking of corporate credit card expenses and billing 
  • Cover PA duties as required 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administration work
  • Proficient in MS Office
