Corporate Secretary Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide corporate secretarial support for entities maintained by the Group, including:

o   New company incorporations, strike-offs, share transfers and other related corporate secretarial work.

o   Preparation of board/shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other relevant documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters.

o   Maintenance of registers and company secretarial records.

o   Maintenance of general corporate files.

  • Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading various contracts, correspondence and documents.
  • Assist in preparation of corporate presentations and board meetings.
  • Liaise with bank, auditors, company secretaries, lawyers and other external parties.
  • Assist in collation of data and articles as required by Management.
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretary work.
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Law or a related field.
  • Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification or having a legal background is an advantage.
  • Positive working attitude with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines.
