Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Director of the company.
  • Manage day to day agendas, calendars, coordinate and schedule appointments, internal and external business/Zoom meetings,
  • Communicate, follow-up and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle all travel arrangements – flight/train bookings, hotel accommodation, visa applications if required
  • Travel support for senior executives whenever necessary
  • Running errands and support whenever necessary
  • Assist the Director with project management and deliverable execution ensuring deadlines are met
  • Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Managing credit card expenses, claims and liaising with banks on behalf
  • Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters as entrusted

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree holders preferred
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a related field
  • Singaporeans are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and problem solving skills
  • Diligent, systematic and meticulous
  • A team player with high level of integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively
