Requirements

  • GCE O Levels and above.
  • Minimally 1 year of relevant administrative work experience
  • Able to work on weekends and travel island wide for events.

Description:

  • Tracking and updating calendar of events.
  • Data entry and data collation duties.
  • Report generation
  • Document tracking, budget tracking, and document verification duties.
  • Provide logistic and administrative support, assist with event registration and crowd control.
  • Other duties assigned.
