Responsibilities
- Foster good working relationships between the Sales Gallery and other departments, ensuring clear communication.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, setting high standards for the team.
- Assist the Sales Manager in efficiently operating the Sales Gallery and generating reports.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and registering guests promptly.
- Regularly audit cash operations and report discrepancies to Finance and Sales departments.
- Maintain Sales Gallery facilities and assets to high standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and invoices for gallery items.
- Prepare necessary reports for sales and operations.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Prepare and deliver welcome letters to hotels for overseas guests.
- Conduct monthly audits with the Finance team.
- Manage ad-hoc gallery administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service preferably in hospitality industry.
- Diploma in relevant field
- Must be available to work the following working hours.
• Wednesday to Friday: 3pm to 11pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 7pm
