Our client is the leader in electronic resources and strives to provide excellent products & services for information products and library technologies in Singapore.

 

Working Location: Kaki Bukit (Techlink)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

 

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Support Sales to ensure clients' timely commitment to renew their subscription 
  • Maintain renewal records 
  • Ensure renewals are done on time 
  • Manage customer-sales-related issues and customer product/ service requests
  • Handle Sales Admin operations

 

Requirements: 
 

  • Singaporean only
  • Min 2 years admin experience
