The successful applicant will provide support for the administration of examinations ran by the Exams office (including but not limited to external examinations and entrance examinations).
The role reports to the Head of Examinations.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- Relevant experience in similar capacity or in administration role. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience within school context in relation to curriculum and internal exams is an added advantage
- Certain degree of familiarity with external exams will be an added advantage
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office Applications (MS Excel and Word), School’s application – ISAMS, Google Workspace.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Pleasant personality with strong attention to detail. Good interpersonal, administration, organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous, positive attitude and the genuine desire to help the users
- Ability to work flexibly as the role require working shift after school hours - 7.30 pm to 4.30 pm or 11.30 am to 8.30 pm
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player with good initiative
