Job Scope :

• Prepare quotations for bids and annual contract renewal.
• Prepare sales contract for new orders.
• Enter orders in ERP system upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate & follow up on delivery dates with Country Managers, Product Managers, Production and Logistic departments and prepare Order Acknowledgement for customers.
• Prepare shipping instructions and arrange freight with Logistic department.
• Prepare shipping document, invoices and L/C negotiation document.
• Follow up on overdue payment with customers.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Weekly / Monthly sales & orders reporting.
• Other adhoc admin tasks
