Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director , Building & Facilities Management

Manage and lead Mechanical section for the maintenance and operation of Mechanical services (Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas, Fire protection & ACMV).
Plan and manage the maintenance capital and operating budget.
Lead the mechanical section in carrying out engineering study toward energy saving measures.
Implementation of Mechanical improvement projects through planning, contract procurement and execution for the replacement or upgrading of Mechanical services infrastructure in a safe, timely and cost-effective way.
Manage and administrate the mechanical services maintenance and upgrading contracts.
Review the consultant technical specifications and drawings to meet the project objectives and goal.
Provide technical support to development project and Repair & Redecoration projects.

Requirements:

Degree in Building services, Mechanical Engineering or Building & Facilities Management
At least 10 years work experience in Building services maintenance, M&E consultancy or relevant experience in construction industry.
Good Knowledge in Building services design, installation and maintenance.
Familiar with MS-Office, such as Excel, word and power point for analysis and reports
Use of AutoCAD for all relevant drawings
Familiar with local code of practice and tender processes
Positive and good working attitude
Organized and able to lead team to resolve site issue
Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
Customer oriented and Self-motivated
Proactive in taking up challenges
