Responsibilities
We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to strengthen the University's effort in fundraising and alumni engagement. This role will work with the Information Management (IM) manager to maintain data integrity and an effective database management system that is crucial for augmenting the University's outreach to donors, alumni and prospects, measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and supplying reliable data for analyses and research. In addition, this role will play a pivotal support role in the development and upkeep of major systems and software within the scope of the UAO and the Office of Alumni Engagement.

Requirements
- Experienced working with complex database management systems or large databases. Have a basic understanding of database management principles.
- Proficiency in Chinese is essential as the candidate is expected to review database records in Chinese.
- Experience in using fundraising software and advance user of Microsoft applications.
- Possess strong interpersonal, managerial and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders of all levels.
- Tech-savvy, with a basic knowledge and understanding in SQL and web markup language coding.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and tenacity to take on challenges and handle ambiguity.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent certification in a related domain)
- Minimum of three years of working experience in database management and hold a supervisory role for a minimum of two years.
- For interested candidates with a Diploma in Information Technology, they should have at least ten years of working experience, of which five are related to database management.
