By offering short courses to part-time programmes, PaCE@NTU aims to equip professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) with cutting edge knowledge and skills to keep pace with the rapid technological changes in today's increasingly competitive economy and industrial landscape.

PaCE@NTU plays a crucial coordinating role between SkillsFuture Singapore, the Ministry of Education and various NTU's entities in promoting CET and lifelong learning. We are looking for an individual who is proficient in data management and administrative skillsets to join us in our common mission of continuing education and training. The incumbent should have experience and must be comfortable in managing diverse and large volumes of data by using visualisation tools to draw trends for rational decision making.

Responsibilities:

The role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities focused on data management and administrative support. Breakdown of key tasks:
  • Data Management
    • Managing extensive datasets, including extraction, collation, tracking and in-depth analysis to identify gaps, trends and opportunities
    • Designing and maintaining Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards for data-driven decision-making
    • Ensuring smooth migration and reconciliation of data for the Training and Learning Management Systems & reporting dashboards
  • Administrative Support
    • Overseeing special projects and monitoring their progress to ensure success in alignment with organisational objectives
    • Providing secretariat support for crucial meetings, including Process Workflow and Weekly Operational meetings
    • Managing facilities within the office to maintain an efficient and conducive work environment
    • Fulfilling various ad-hoc administrative duties to support departmental operations


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools
  • Strong experience with IT applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task under pressure
  • Strong team player
