Assistant Manager, Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions
The Assistant Manager is responsible for initiating and implementing marketing activities that supports the growth and enrolment objectives of the ACP - focusing on the Part-time MBA Programme which will be delivered in Vietnam. The role will assist the reporting manager to develop and execute marketing plans for the targeted market and program.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing
  • Formulate and implement the annual marketing & social media activities for the Part-time MBA Program in Vietnam
  • Initiate and organize events such as information sessions, interviews and admission events
  • Stay informed of trends and communications on social media, forums, etc. and to improve content management strategy on these platforms
  • Track key performance and growth metrics and to provide market trend reports, forecasts, competitive analysis, and campaign results
  • Produce marketing collaterals including video content to create awareness and lead generation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to define, build and execute sales targets from lead generation to revenue realization.
  • Devise effective marketing plan (ie.lead generation, event sponsorship, print, etc.) within the budget allowed.


Recruitment (Lead management)
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase support and awareness for the programme
  • Manage and execute content marketing deliverables (including content creation calendar) to cover topics aligned with the programme's recruitment
  • Assist in coordination with partner university for marketing and recruitment activities
  • Explore available student's loan and financing options in Vietnam.
  • Address enquiries and initiate efforts for lead conversion


Key Decisions/ Dimensions
  • The incumbent will initiate and implement marketing plans, with a focus to identify new channels for prospective student generation.
  • The incumbent will identify and engage with relevant stakeholders and is responsible for developing and executing lead generating activities (lunch and learns, information sessions, education fairs, webinars, etc.).
  • The incumbent will achieve the student enrolment targets for the assigned Part-time MBA Programme in overseas market.


Competencies & Qualification Requirements
  • A degree holder from a recognized university
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in the higher education market especially in ASEAN market is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful with a passion to achieve
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals
  • History of creating content for social media
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
